Georgia INT Goes to the PWT
The Mastercraft Professional Wakeboard Tour had it’s first stop of the season at Lake Acworth in Acworth, GA. There were current INT riders as well as former INT riders that competed on Friday vying for a spot in the finals on Saturday. Current riders Brett Lee, Brandon Lee, Justin Lee (no relation) of Watersports Central and Georgia Wakeboard Lessons, and Vinny Knapp of Singleton Marine Group and SMG Wake took to the water and came close to making it to the next round but fell just short. Among the former INT riders competing was Kirby Liesmann, currently ranked number 20 on the WWA world rankings and a former Missouri INT rider who promotes Eternal Ride Ministry shared some time with many of our Georgia riders. Thanks to all of those who participated, stopped by and helped us promote INT in Georgia.
Lake Lanier Kickoff Classic kicks off a great INT season!
The weather and the water were both cool, but the competititon was heated on the water as everyone kicked off the 2013 Georgia INT League season on Lake Lanier at Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Over 
40 riders of all ages braved the chilly water and showed everyone how it’s done after a long winter. We’d like to thank all of our sponsors, our riders and Lake Lanier Islands for making our first event of 2013 a huge success. Stop by and see us at the Masters Waterski Tournament at Callaway Gardens on May 24-26. Our next event kicks of our waterski season on Sunday June 9 at Princetion Lakes near Atlanta Hartsfield – Jackson International Airport. Our next wakeboard tournament will be June 22-23, we’ll travel to Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds on Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee, GA for two days of wakeboarding action on the water and an evening of riding at the Mountain Wake Cable Park.

Orlando, Fla. — Wakeboard fans will now have the opportunity to experience the King of Wake from the most-exhilarating seat in the house, as a passenger aboard the contest towboat. Series organizer, World Sport & Marketing, announced today that for the first time, fans will have the opportunity to be part of the action by purchasing a passenger seat aboard the official contest towboat during the semifinal and finals rounds of action at each King of Wake event during the upcoming 2011 season.
