The INT League is seeking state coordinators for the 2013 season to host slalom, wakeboard, wake skate, wake surf and kneeboard events. The coordinator position is a part time business for outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined individuals who would like to grow their water sports community.
The INT League is a nationally consistent program which hosts a tour of events in each state, and concludes the season with a US Championships or regional event. The INT program offers a unique ability based competition format driving the development of water sports.
INT is looking for both individuals who have organized events in the past or are new to the water sports community. INT State Coordinators must also be able to wear a neutral hat and work with all of the boat dealers and pro shops in the state or region.
INT provides coordinators with turn-key marketing and organization tools to host successful tournaments including a software program to manage all aspects of registering and scoring participants and a nationally consistent judging format. INT’s grass roots program partners coordinators with people and companies who support water sports; as well as classroom and field training to establish an INT tour. In addition, INT will send one staff person out to assist with the first event to ensure success.
We have partnered with companies and organizations to create an integrated watersports community. In conjunction with the World Wakeboard Association (WWA), we also offer a participant membership program and event insurance. The Water Sports Industry Association recognizes the INT League as its’ official grassroots development program. INT also works with EZ-Slalom, Accurate, and Proline to provide equipment for the events. Coordinators work closely with the boat dealers and promo boat owners to provide tow boats for the events.
Have trouble finding “qualified” drivers for your current ski events? Join the INT League, INT requires drivers to be NASBLA certified, a common requirement for boaters in most states.
